Role: Software Developer
What You’ll Build
We are looking for a skilled Developer to engineer high-quality solutions that meet SAP’s global standards. You will work closely with Product Owners, Designers, Domain Experts, and fellow Developers in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality product features
- Analyze and resolve issues in existing and new code
- Troubleshoot complex problems for SAP S/4HANA customers
- Ensure quality, performance, reliability, and security of applications
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks
- Enhance skills beyond core expertise and support team goals
- Build highly available and scalable enterprise solutions
- Support Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile practices
- Take up additional technical and coordination responsibilities when required
What You Bring
- 8–12 years of software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MCA from reputed institutions
- Strong programming expertise in secure and scalable application development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Core ABAP
- ABAP OO
- HTML5
- SAPUI5
- Experience with HANA CDS views and scalable SQL
- Experience developing UI annotations for OData services
- Agile/Scrum development experience
- Knowledge of coding standards and best practices
- Functional exposure to Retail / Consumer Industries
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset
- Flexible and adaptable attitude
