We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time role for professionals who have strong expertise in implementing and supporting SAP SF Recruiting and Onboarding solutions across enterprise clients.

About the Role

As an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end SAP SF Recruiting and Onboarding modules. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

  • Design, configure, and test Recruiting and Onboarding environments (prototype & production)
  • Ensure seamless integration across all involved systems and platforms
  • Configure job requisition templates and feature permissions
  • Initiate and manage onboarding processes

Client Interaction

  • Collaborate with project teams, delivery leads, and client stakeholders
  • Design customized Recruiting & Onboarding solutions based on business needs
  • Provide Level 3 support for complex issues
  • Drive foundational improvements in client processes and data

Project Management

  • Track and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
  • Lead multiple workstreams across projects
  • Motivate and guide cross-functional project teams

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, IT, or related field

Experience

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding implementations
  • Experience in integrations or migrations with SAP SF Employee Central

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and tools
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Certifications (Mandatory)

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM & RMK)
  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
