Role: Banking Technical Consultant / Business Process Consultant
About the Role
We are looking for experienced Banking Technical Consultants to manage projects for next-generation banking and insurance solutions, especially in Financial Services Data Management (FSDM) and Financial Products Sub-Ledger (FPS).
You will drive business process excellence, work closely with clients, and deliver high-quality SAP FSDM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within project teams
- Analyze business problems and design technical solutions
- Provide expert advisory on SAP functionality & best practices
- Perform technical analysis and system documentation
- Support change management and testing activities
- Create and review test plans & end-user documentation
- Drive competency development within the team
Experience & Qualification
- Engineering graduate / MBA from reputed university
- 8 – 11 years of professional experience
- Hands-on experience in SAP FSDM implementation
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts in Banking/Insurance
Technical Skills
- FSDM Conceptual & Physical Data Models
- Model enhancements & extensions (CDM/PDM)
- Experience with data modelling tools
- Deployment of models to customer systems
- Basic understanding of ETL tools (SAP / Non-SAP)
- HANA modelling (Calculation Views, Flowgraphs)
- Integration with SAP SAC, FPSL, S/4 GL, PaPM
- Hands-on SAP BW (BW on HANA / BW4HANA – plus)
- Exposure to Risk Modelling / Actuarial processes (added advantage)
- Knowledge of SAP Transport Management & GitHub (plus)
