Job Opportunity: SAP FICO & HR Functional Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO & HR Functional Consultant to work closely with Finance and HR business teams to deliver effective SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both Finance and HR modules with a good understanding of cross-module integrations.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring SAP modules, supporting UAT, and ensuring smooth system operations. You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
  • Configure and validate SAP FICO modules:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Asset Accounting (AA)
    • Controlling (CO)
    • Cost Centers & Internal Orders
  • Configure and validate SAP HR modules:
    • Organizational Management (OM)
    • Personnel Administration (PA)
    • Time Management (TM)
    • HR Master Data
  • Handle integrations between FICO and HR modules
  • Support integration with MM and SD modules
  • Prepare test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for fixes
  • Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects:
    • Reports
    • Interfaces
    • Conversions
    • Enhancements
    • Forms
    • Workflows

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support
  • Hands-on experience in SAP HR modules (OM, PA, TM)
  • Good understanding of FICO–HR integration
  • Knowledge of MM & SD integration points
  • Experience in UAT support and test case preparation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
