Job Opportunity: SAP HR ABAP Consultant
Infosys is looking for an experienced SAP HR ABAP Consultant to join its delivery team. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong technical expertise in SAP HR ABAP and are passionate about building high-quality enterprise solutions.
Experience Required
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP HR ABAP environment
Key Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPs)
- BADI, User Exits
- Reports & Module Pool Programming
- Logical Databases (LDB)
- Experience in data transfer mechanisms:
- IDOCs
- Interfaces via PI
- Good exposure to:
- Web Dynpro ABAP (WDA)
- FPM
- Workflows
- SmartForms & Adobe Forms
- ESS / MSS applications
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM functional processes
- Ability to prepare high-quality technical specifications
- Good communication skills with mentoring capability
- Exposure to UI5 and S/4 HANA is an added advantage

- Strong knowledge of:
- Architectural design patterns
- Performance tuning
- Database and functional design
- Hands-on experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Lead solution development and technical delivery
- Design high-level & low-level architecture documents
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Stay updated with latest technologies & industry trends
- Strong logical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
