Role: Software Developer – SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
What You’ll Build
- Define, develop, and manage software development models
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones
- Contribute to SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) products
- Own end-to-end development lifecycle – design, development, testing, deployment & support
- Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure high-quality code
- Optimize performance using frontend & backend best practices
- Create clear technical documentation for future maintenance
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- Strong CS fundamentals – Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, Distributed Systems
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Java / J2EE
- Experience in any of the following:
- API Gateway
- Kafka / Messaging Systems
- Redis
- ElasticSearch
- JVM internals
- Spring Framework
- Tomcat
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot & Microservices
- Ability to design full-stack solutions (UI, Backend, Database)
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- DevOps mindset with ownership from development to deployment
- Strong English communication skills
