We are looking for a motivated IT Support Executive with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about IT support and end-user assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support for laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and standard business applications
- Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and internet-related issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding IT activities
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting
- Fundamental understanding of Microsoft 365 services
- Basic networking concepts
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn and support end users
