About the Opportunity

This role provides hands-on training in modern sales workflows. You will work with marketing-qualified leads, participate in live client conversations, and develop core selling skills required for enterprise sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using BANT criteria
  • Schedule demos and meetings for senior sales team members
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems
  • Update lead status, notes, and follow-up actions daily
  • Achieve weekly and monthly outreach & conversion targets
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-ups
  • Convert MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)
  • Participate in sales training and contribute process improvements

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (freshers welcome)
  • Strong spoken & written English communication
  • Comfortable handling outbound calls
  • Willing to work on-site and meet sales targets
  • Basic understanding of sales cycle & lead qualification
  • Interest in CRM tools and structured outreach processes
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset

Preferred

  • Internship or experience in sales / telecalling / customer-facing roles
  • Exposure to SaaS or technology sales
  • Knowledge of Hindi or regional languages
